Gerald Gruber, 83, of West Windsor died Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center of Plainsboro, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY he resided in East Windsor and West Windsor for over 50 years. Gerald was a graduate of City College of New York and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received his PhD in Chemical Engineering. He retired from Merck Pharmaceuticals and was previously employed by FMC Corporation. He was a member of Beth-El Synagogue where he served on the board of directors. Gerald was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels JFS. He was active in Village Grande and enjoyed playing pool, bocce and cards. He loved his family but most of all enjoyed spending time with his beloved grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am on Monday, July 20. 2020 from the Star of David Memorial Chapel 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton.
Burial will follow in the Beth El-Perrineville Cemetery, Millstone Township.
